Customer Support FAQs

We can securely store your credit card details when you sign the agreement and automatically bill you every two weeks. Alternatively, if you prefer not to share your credit card information, we can send you an invoice bi-weekly.

There is no long-term commitment required. You can terminate the agreement with a 14-day written notice. For those opting for a long-term commitment, we offer specialized pricing plans.

We employ a rigorous selection process, including resume reviews, Loom video introductions, and interviews, to ensure you choose the right candidate. If the virtual assistant needs further training, they can join our On-the-Job training program at no additional cost. Should your needs change, you have the option to request a replacement.
